Concerns relating to Bio weapons proliferation have evolved from a genre of research referred to as "Dual Use" biotechnology. American grounded its MD-80 jetliners and canceled 3,100 flights in order to inspect or redo wiring that was supposed to have been completed between Sept. 5, 2006, and March 5, 2008. Comment - Just a bunch of posturing by the government agencies charged with protecting the criminal government enterprises. My guess is, while everyone is thinking they're making it safer to fly, it has something to do with retrofitting airlines with surveillance and spray apparatus.
